Dr. Michael Huang is a board certified psychiatrist practicing in Philadelphia, PA. He received his BA summa cum laude from Cornell University. He completed medical school and residency in psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania, where he received multiple teaching and psychotherapy awards, including the Austen Riggs Award for Excellence in Psychotherapy and the Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Award. He is continuing advanced training in psychoanalysis at the Psychoanalytic Center of Philadelphia. In addition, he has specialized training in psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, and women's mental health.
